Synopsis

Ciwan, a young father, is seriously ill and would like to teach his son, Feyzî, how to cope with life and provide for himself before he passes away, but without telling him that he is dying. As young Feyzî tries to make sense of the situation, political conflicts, bans, disappearances, and the deaths of close relatives and neighbors make life a living hell. A father-son-story from the war-torn region of Northern Kurdistan.

Biography

 Mehmet Ali Konar was born in 1983 in Bingöl. He studied Communication Studies at Marmara University in Istanbul and Italian Cinema in Rome. He is active as a screenwriter and director.
