Synopsis

 

Raised as an orphan, Defne, has acquired the gift of seeing ghosts in her adulthood. Defne decides to use this new ability to find her long lost mother’s ghost, ending up in the ancient town of Side near Antalya. On this fantastic journey, Defne is accompanied by radical leftist Hüseyin, lounge singer Nazife, and a priestess from antiquity.

Biography

 

Emine Yıldırım is an award-winning screenwriter and producer. After her graduation from the department of business administration of The Middle East Technical University, she completed her postgraduate program in the Cinema department of the Bilgi University. She assumed the production of the films such as Gri Bölge, Ziazan and Kusursuzlar. She was awarded with Flying Broom Bilge Olgaç Success Award and she gained the “Best Scenario” award of the Ankara Film Festival. She teachs scriptwriting lessons at the Kadir Has University.
