Biyography

 

Arin İnan Arslan is a director and producer from Dersim. He began his cinema career in 2004 with his first short film Kırıntı, for which he won the Yılmaz Güney Award. In 2006, with his film Sî û Ba, he received the Best Asian Short Film award at the Tehran International Film Festival, thereby making his name known internationally. The film Pera Berbangê, which he shot in 2010, represented Turkey at the 61st Berlin International Film Festival and was nominated for Best Film in the SİYAD selection that same year.
