Halima Ilter is a German-Kurdish actress who has successfully worked in both international and German film and television productions. In Sieger sein (To Win) by Soleen Yusef, she plays the Kurdish mother Nada; the film won the 2024 German Film Award in the category “Best Children’s Film.” The series Euphorie, in which Halima is part of the main ensemble, has just celebrated its premiere at the Munich Film Festival. She also recently collaborated with director Francis Lawrence on the new installment of The Hunger Games.
